National Home Registry was designed as a vehicle to recognize the unique name given to your home. National Home Registry undertakes that no other home in your state is registered with National Home Registry bearing the same name as your home. Buying any package entitles you to use the National Home Registry name and logo on any signage bearing your home’s name.

Prior to acceptance into the National Home Registry, all submissions will be reviewed to assure that:

  1. The registered home name is not utilized by any other member in good standing in the state in which the property is physically located.
  2. The home names must be identical in words and order to prevent another registration to occur.
  3. Articles cannot be used to differentiate home names. For example, Cobble Court is the same as The Cobble Court.
  4. The plural form of a home name cannot be used for differentiation. For example, Shady Oak is the same name as Shady Oaks.
  5. Punctuation or any special effects cannot be used to differentiate home names. For example, Sea Cliff is considered the same name as Sea-Cliff.
  6. Capitalization of a home name cannot be used for differentiation. For example, RIVER WALK is the same name as River Walk.
  7. Last names, first names or initials are permitted.
  8. Home names after a country are permitted.
  9. National Home Registry reserves the right to reject any name that is inappropriate.
